Registration is open for clean transportation fleet workshop, ride & drive

Registration is now ongoing for the upcoming Northeast Regional HTUF Fleets Workshop and Ride & Drive, set for Wednesday, April 16, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Flushing Meadows (NY) Corona Park, Queens Theatre & World’s Fair Marina Park, in Queens, NY.

The one-day workshop is filled with the latest information on alternative fuel trucks and buses, vocation-specific fleet best practices, incentives and regional solutions to advance clean transportation.

There will also be a ride & drive, allowing attendees to test drive an alternative fuel truck or bus.

Vehicles eligible for incentives through the New York Truck - Voucher Incentive Program and the Hunts Point Clean Trucks Program will be part of the ride & drive.

A technology expo will feature more than 20 clean transportation companies. There will be a luncheon at the World’s Fair Marina Restaurant.

The Northeast Regional HTUF Fleets Workshop and Ride and Drive is a partnership between CALSTART and the City of New York including the Dept. of Citywide Administrative Services (DCAS), New York City Parks Department (NYC Parks), New York City Dept. of Transportation (NYCDOT) and the New York City Dept. of Sanitation (DSNY).
