Clean Solutions, Ryder Fuel Services announce alignment

March 18, 2015

Clean Solutions and Ryder Fuel Services have announced a strategic alliance to offer customers complementary services.

Clean Solutions is a division of Donaldson Company that supplies filtration products.

“We have had a gap in our ability to provide a turnkey solution,” said Scott Grossbauer, global director – Donaldson Clean Fuel & Lubricant Solutions. “Oftentimes, our customers are convinced of the need for clean fuel and are ready to move forward with a Donaldson system, but aren't covered by an existing Donaldson distributor. With Ryder Fuel Services, we are able to provide not only the filters, but also the services to get the system up and running.”

Ryder Fuel Services (RFS), based in Houston, Texas, provides end-to-end fuel management, centralizing the supervision of key site-fueling information through automated fuel management processes, ensuring that the customer maintains consistent site operations.

“We see a lot of benefit in forming a strategic alliance with Donaldson,” said Pete Cochefski, managing director, Ryder Fuel Services. “Providing effective preventive maintenance, to include tank-cleaning and enhanced filtration is key to providing best-in-class fuel quality. We believe that Donaldson filtration systems will deliver maximized operating efficiencies, relative to clean fuel, as well as site profitability, which are immediate benefits to be realized by any industry fleet.”
