SmartTruck Systems, an aerodynamic solutions provider, said Covenant Transport has purchased its precision aerodynamic TopKit Fairing System for long-term evaluation after successful results from short-term testing."Covenant Transport has already performed extensive short-term tests on our TopKit System," said SmartTruck CEO Stephen S. Covenant Transport is an advocate on environmental issues and policies including the EPA SmartWay program. SmartTruck said TopKit testing is the latest in a series of technology initiatives undertaken by the company to seek a cleaner environment and fuel cost savings.
