Colony Tire inks with Michelin Retread Technologies

Michelin Retread Technologies has signed Colony Tire Corp., based in Edenton, NC, as its newest franchisee
Michelin Retread Technologies has signed Colony Tire Corp., based in Edenton, NC, as its newest franchisee. Twenty Colony commercial locations are covered under the agreement and will be operational by the end of May.
"Michelin is pleased to have such an excellent retread provider and industry-leading dealer like Colony Tire join our expanding network of MRT franchises," said Tom Brennan, vp and director of Michelin Retread Technologies. "Our MRT retreading process supplies the highest quality retreads to trucking fleets and public transportation vehicles, enabling them to reduce their operating costs.
"Demand for MRT products, including our Michelin X One wide single retreads," Brennan added, " is increasing and Colony Tire will help meet that demand."
