Valvoline Instant Oil Change (VIOC) has developed an online fleet management program for its Fleet Services card customers. The site combines VIOC's maintenance history database, which can incorporate information from other service providers, with an electronic account management program.
Fleet managers, who have 24/7 access to the system, can create customized profiles.
VIOC has partnered with fleet charge card provider Wright Express to handle some of the back-end functions and payment processing.
