The latest entry in Michelin's line of X One wide single tires, the XZY3 is designed for off-road as well as on-road applications. Introduced at the ConExpo-ConAgg Show in Las Vegas last month, the all-position radial is designed for optimized weight savings and significant fuel savings, according to the tire maker.

Michelin's Infini-Coil Technology, a quarter-mile steel cable wrapped around the casing, results in a flat and stable contact patch that reduces irregular wear. Original tread depth is 23/32nds.

Other features include a reinforced bead package with a wide metallic chafer for improved bead durability and resistance to heat.

The X One XZY3 is available in a 445/55R22.5 size.
