The new formulations, which are appropriate for use with ultra-low-sulfur diesel, provide improved anti-oxidation, anti-wear performance and deposit control at a “lower price point than premium brands,” according to Chevron.
Chevron RPM LE and Texaco Ursa Super Plus EC both have CAT ECF-3 approval, as well as the ECF-2 approval of the earlier versions. www.chevron.com
