Cummins Inc. has expanded its Cummins Care 24/7 emergency service program to include the fire and emergency vehicle market
Cummins Inc. has expanded its Cummins Care 24/7 emergency service program to include the fire and emergency vehicle market.
Launched earlier this year, Cummins Care provides customers with information and support on engine and product technology. The company has 110 trained specialists based at the Cummins Customer Support Center in Nashville, TN, to support the program.
Representatives are prepared to answer questions and assist customers with finding the nearest available and qualified service location for fire and emergency vehicle customers, the company said. “Quick response and minimal downtime are especially important for fire and emergency vehicle customers in all facets of their business,” said Dave Drehoble, marketing manager-specialty vehicle business. “The dependable service support that Cummins Care provides is an ideal fit for these customers and gives additional assurance that Cummins is by their side during service events.”
