Long-life axle fluid

Shell Lubricants is now offering a synthetic, long-life axle fluid, Spirax ASX R SAE 75W-90, which it says contributes to improved fuel economy, as well as extended equipment life. Designed for heavily loaded axles, ASX-R protects against gear wear and pitting, and helps prevent damage caused by deposit formation. The new axle fluid meets the following extended drain specs: ArvinMeritor 076N, 076-E;
