To help brighten the otherwise darkened interior of trailers, Truck-Lite has released the new Sky-Lite, a product designed to mount on the upper sidewall of a trailer or body to offer a small windowed appearance and natural light to shine through.

The Sky-Lite fits a 4-in. diameter hole cut and offers snap-in design and peel-and-stick adhesive gasket. The product is available for 0.05-in. aluminum sheets, 0.31-in. composite panels, and 0.25-in. composite panels.

“The Sky-Lite’s addition, coupled with our existing LED interior trailer lighting will enable fleets to run energy efficient units day and night,” said Bob Ives, vp of marketing. “Increased cargo visibility is key to fleets, and the use of our Sky-Lite encourages a safe work environment as well as loading and unloading accuracy.”
