Phillips releases electrical and air hose assembly

Phillips Industries’ 3 n’ 1 electrical and air hose assembly with quick connect plug (QCP) can cut field repairs of electrical cables to just seconds, the company said.

Using the QCP cartridge, a technician can quickly and easily swap out a damaged electrical cable. The top reason for electrical cord failures is pin push-out in the plug end, Phillips said. Unwrapping the spiral wrap that is used to organize and combine assemblies is time consuming. The 3 n’ 1 electrical and air hose is designed to cut that time.

The assembly includes large grips for coupling and uncoupling leverage, swivel end brass fittings, kink and abrasion resistance and a hanging clip for easy installation. It is available in 12-, 15-, or 20-ft. lengths for ABS or non-ABS applications.
