Charger handles HD batteries
Battery maker EnerSys has developed a charger for heavy-duty and commercial batteries that offers both quick charging and continuous trickle charge technology to keep batteries fully charged for extended periods.
The single bank Odyssey Ultimizer OMAX-50A-1B charger is engineered to remain connected to a heavy-duty battery indefinitely without causing any damage, according to EnerSys. It is UL815G listed and complies with Part 15 of Federal Communications Commission rules, the company says.
