Oliver Rubber Co. will increase prices on its Oliver and MegaMile brand pre-cure and bonding gum products in North America, effective September 15, due to continuing increases in raw material, energy and transportation costs.

The company previously announced a 5% price increase for all of its retread rubber products, which went into effect on June 1, 2008.

Oliver Rubber Co. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Michelin North America, Inc., selling retread rubber under the Oliver and MegaMile brands for commercial, industrial and over-the-road tires.
