The Technology and Maintenance Council (TMC) has issued the fourth edition of its radial tire condition analysis guide. TMC is the American Trucking Assns. group focused on commercial vehicle hardware and maintenance.
The new edition of the tire guide includes more than 200 color photographs and illustrations, as well as detailed descriptions for tire failures and service conditions for both original and retread truck tires. Updates cover repair, retread and wear conditions for wide-base tires, which are gaining increasing popularity in a number of fleet applications.
The guide, part of ATA’s Business Solutions series, is available in book or CD format.
