The Racor Division of Parker Hannifin Corp. has introduced new ParFit fuel filters, which it said will help protect system components from microscopic solid contaminants and water.

The ParFit FF296 replaces the CAV296 while the ParFit PFF297 replaces the CAV796. Each filter has been laboratory- tested to SAE standards, the company said, and contains one of three media grades developed for performance and versatility. The ParFit fuel filters are engineered for use with on- or off-highway vehicles as well as stationary equipment.
