Heavy-duty lift provider Stertil-Koni USA has announced two acquisitions by its parent company, Stertil B.V., acquiring ALM Corp. and Fleet America Service Technology

Heavy-duty lift provider Stertil-Koni USA has announced two acquisitions by its parent company, Stertil B.V., acquiring ALM Corp. and Fleet America Service Technology.

ALM Corp., based in Streator, IL, is a lift manufacturer that has been in business for 23 years. Fleet America Service Technology, based in Manheim, PA, develops a shallow pit designed heavy-duty scissors lift.

“The integration of these two companies into Stertil-Koni’s portfolio allows the company to offer the widest spectrum of heavy-duty lifting devices available anywhere on the planet,” said Stertil-Koni USA president Jean DellAmore. “It fulfills Stertil-Koni’s long-term objective of becoming the global one-stop-shop for all potential users of heavy-duty lifts.”
