Valvoline offering 15W40 natural-gas engine oil in gallon jugs

Valvoline Premium Blue GEO 15W40 heavy-duty motor oil for use in natural-gas fueled engines is now available in convenient one-gallon jugs, according to the oil supplier. Valvoline noted that this multi-grade product is “designed to provide advanced lubrication protection in natural gas engines in the transportation industry.”According to Valvoline, its Premium Blue GEO is endorsed and recommended by Cummins. Inc. as “a Cummins CES 20074 approved engine oil.” Along with the one-gallon jug, it is also available in bulk as well as in tote, drum and pail containers.
The company added that Premium Blue GEO is recommended for use in delivery trucks and and other service vehicles fleets fueled by CNG (Compressed Natural Gas), LNG (Liquified Natural Gas) or LPG (propane) and that it is “recommended for use in Cummins B, C & ISL, Detroit Diesel, John Deere and Caterpillar dedicated natural gas engines used in the transportation industry.”
