LOUISVILLE, KY. Toyo Tire U.S.A. introduced the M137 steer radial tire, aimed at long-haul, OTR applications, here at the Mid-America Trucking Show. According to the tire maker, the M137 has a stiffer belt package and bead construction for improved tire life, as well as improved endurance, fuel consumption and irregular wear resistance.

The tire also features a new tread design for even contact pressure distribution, e-balance technology to reduce strain at the belt, and a 15/32nds deep five-rib design with deep sipes for enhanced water drainage and wet traction in difficult weather, Toyo said.

The M137 is available in two sizes: 295/75R22.5 and 285/75R24.5.
