The Filtration and Separation Div. of Parker Hannifin Corp. has announced the introduction of a portable version of its nitrogen tire inflation system (TIS).

The TireSaver Model TS051-OAB CBR produces 95% pure nitrogen from standard compressed air, according to the company.

The new portable nitrogen TireSaver has a 30-gal. storage tank; a built-in auto inflator that can fill up to six tires at once; two gauges to monitor inlet and outlet pressure; and a handheld nitrogen analyzer. Because the nitrogen TIS is mounted to a cart, it is relatively easy to move it around the shop or yard.
