Kenworth bundles maintenance, warranty packages

    Kenworth Truck Co. has announced its latest PremierCare product, the Freedom Package, which combines preventive maintenance with an extended warranty for owners of new Class 8 trucks, including the T660, T800, W900 and T2000.

    Kenworth Truck Co. has announced its latest PremierCare product, the Freedom Package, which combines preventive maintenance with an extended warranty for owners of new Class 8 trucks, including the T660, T800, W900 and T2000.

    “The Freedom Package provides added vehicle protection, plus proper maintenance via B-level service (lube, oil/filter and 121-point safety inspection) and C-level service (comprehensive service with 147-point inspection),” said Dick Von Lehman, Kenworth PremierCare national sales manager for service. The maintenance schedule fulfills the annual DOT, quarterly California and most state inspections, he pointed out.

    Kenworth’s Roadside Assistance Program and Bridgestone’s tire discount program (U.S. only) are also included in the Freedom package. Maintenance can be scheduled at U.S. or Canadian KW dealers.
