ChevronTexaco Global Lubricants (CTGL) has developed a new formulation for its Chevron Delo Grease EP intended for use in extended service intervals.

The multi-use grease is engineered for use by machinery “operating under just about any condition,” according to CTGL.

Benefits of the new Delo Grease EP include:

  • Extreme pressure capacity;

  • Improved corrosion and wear protection;

  • Water resistance;

  • Low-temperature pumpability;

  • High-temperature stability.

Delo Grease EP is available in three grades: NLGI 0 for centralized lube systems in long runs; NLGI 1 for better pumpability and lower ambient temperatures; and NLGI 2 for normal ambient temperature conditions.
