Fontaine Phantom
The new aluminum flatbed from Fontaine Trailer — the Phantom — is designed with an extruded aluminum main beam that eliminates welding between the web and the flange. Since the 12-in. flange is integral to the main beam, the trailer maker says flexing is “virtually” eliminated — even when cornering under a full load.
