The EPIQ tool storage unit from Snap-on is said to bring together sophisticated diagnostics and cordless tools with reliable security and durability. The unit includes the new PowerTop, a rugged, stainless steel work surface with a raised edge to keep small items from rolling off.

Also, EPIQ includes an integrated power source so technicians can plug in their diagnostic tools, laptops, cell phones, iPods or digital cameras.

“With EPIQ, Snap-on is changing the way that technicians work; better organization and less wasted time equal improved productivity,” says Chris Potter, president of tool storage for Snap-on Tools. “EPIQ is a revolutionary approach to tool storage that was created by technicians, for technicians. We received ideas and insight about the most-wanted designs and features. [Technicians] told us what worked, what could work better and what didn't work. We took all of the feedback into account and developed EPIQ, a whole new approach to tool storage.”
