New fuel filter/water separator offered

Feb. 2, 2012

A new fuel filter/water separator with an integrated priming pump is being offered by the Racor Division of Parker Hannifin Corp.

The 700 Series separator assemblies are equipped with a fuel priming pump and contain a two-stage filtration and re-priming system. This isolates contaminants in diesel fuels, trapping them before they reach the fuel injection system.

According to Parker Hannifin, benefits of the 700 Series include no messy pre-filling, engine protection, no lag in starting engine and fast and safe re-priming.
