The organization will have a range of new and retreaded tires in its booth (#13036) at Mid-America. Participants who correctly identify all the tires will be entered into a daily drawing for a set of eight commercial tires to be retreaded on the participants own casings. TRIB will be trying to give away seven sets of retreaded tires in all, valued at over $10,000.
“Investing in retreaded tires always makes sense given the massive economic and environmental benefits they offer,” said TRIB managing director David Stevens. “But in an environment where raw material prices for tires continue to increase and fuel prices continue to rise, retreaded tires make even more sense, whether you are an owner-operator with one truck or a fleet with hundreds. Along with our member companies participating in the contest, we feel we’ve come up with a great way to demonstrate the quality of the retreaded tires as well as provide very valuable prizes to attendees of the show.”
