Continental unveils new tour vehicle at MATS

March 20, 2013

LOUISVILLE, KY. Continental Tire the Americas is debuting a new tour vehicle this week at the Mid-America Trucking Show. The vehicle is used to show the complete portfolio of truck tires and ContiLifeCycle retreads as well as other Continental offerings such as ContiPressureCheck, emergency roadside service programs and tire information.

“We are extremely excited to bring the Continental mobile marketing exhibit back to MATS for the fifth straight year. More importantly, we’re confident that we can show trucking fleets and owner-operators how Continental, one of the world’s largest automotive suppliers, is taking a 360-deg. approach to helping them in today’s competitive economic environment,” Chmiel said.

Future tour dates for the Conti360 tour include April 11-13 for ExpoCam in Montreal; May 30-June 1 for the Great West Truck Show in Las Vegas; Aug. 22-24 for the Great American Truck Show in Dallas; and an extended tour throughout Mexico in the fall. Last year’s Continental tour visited more than 200 fleets in a single year.
