• AcuTread Alliance Group retread receives SmartWay verification

    A mold cure retread from AcuTread Alliance Group has received EPA SmartWay verification for its AcuTread STT.

    SmartWay verification is pending for AcuTread low-profile wide-base drive and trailer retreads, as well as conventional dual-application drive tire retreads.

    “The precision manufacturing process and operational advantages of mold cure retreading are now available in a SmartWay verified retread,” said Bob Majewski, president of the AcuTread Alliance Group. “AcuTread remanufactured retreads are produced under strict processing guidelines by authorized AcuTread Licensees.”

    The AcuTread Alliance Group manufactures and distributes tires from locations in Arkansas, California, Florida, Kentucky, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Virginia as well as through a network of dealer associates.
