SAF-Holland unveils expanded electronic parts catalog

Jan. 30, 2015

LAS VEGAS.  A new parts-on-demand (POD) electronic catalog with information on over 15,000 parts was introduced by suspension-fifth wheel manufacturer SAF-Holland at Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week.

Hosted in a new secure online site, it features intuitive navigation with quick access to detailed parts information that includes pricing and availability for online ordering.  Users looking to identify parts visually can use exploded diagrams of various SAF-Holland products that zoom down to the individual part level, as well as download manuals.  The new electronic catalog also offers cross-referencing tools for obsolete and replaced parts, and full warranty information.

The electronic POD is intended for SAF-Holland distributors, allowing them to respond quickly to customer requests for both technical support and parts orders.

“At SAF-Holland, we will see great benefits by providing our distributors with the right tools,” said Juan Hernandez, international marketing & sourcing manager. “POD is one of those tools – one of the most powerful tools to save our distributors time.”

A mobile version for Android and iOS devices will be available later this year, according to a company spokesperson.
