Rush Enterprises has acquired
Yancey Truck Centers in Georgia, adding eight locations to its portfolio. With the new locations, the company now operates 120 Rush Truck Centers in 20 states.
The acquisition includes International Truck dealerships in eight locations in central Georgia and an Idealease truck rental and leasing operation in Albany, Georgia. The newly acquired dealerships will operate as part of the company’s Navistar division.
Rush paid approximately $30 million.
