Aperia launches dealer network

Dec. 24, 2015
Aperia Technologies just launched a nationwide network of dealers broadly distributed, with multiple locations across the U.S.

Aperia Technologies, makers of the Halo Tire inflator, a bolt-on tire inflation device for tractors and trailers, announced the launch of a nationwide network of dealers. The truck, tractor and trailer dealerships now offering Halo are broadly distributed, with multiple locations across the U.S.

“The first truck and trailer dealerships included in our dealer network were chosen carefully based on their reputations for having strong fleet relationships and for upholding our standard for a premium customer experience” said Josh Carter, CEO. “To compliment strong retrofit adoption in 2015, our customers wanted an easy option to roll Halo into new truck purchases. The Dealers have been gearing up to offer Halo on both new trucks and as a retrofit to meet growing fleet demand in 2016.”

The first group of dealers to offer Aperia’s Halo tire inflation technology operates in over 100 locations across the U.S. and includes:

  • Bruckner Truck Sales
  • Carrier Transicold of Detroit
  • Gateway Truck and Refrigeration
  • TEC Equipment
  • Truck Country
  • Warner Truck Centers

“We are excited to partner with Aperia to offer the Halo because we are committed to investing in products where we know we can get a return for our customers,” said Zach Wagner, vice president of operations at Gateway Truck and Refrigeration. “The system is easy to install in a matter of minutes. It requires only four bolts and two connections whether it’s going on a new or existing vehicle and offers an opportunity to a fleet to keep track of its second largest controllable cost, which is tires,” Wagner added. “When we talk to them about Halo, we’re giving them an opportunity to save money. The easiest sell for us is to talk to fleets about what it means to always know that when your truck leaves the yard it has proper tire pressures, which optimizes fuel economy.”
