Alliance Truck Parts has introduced an all-aluminum replacement radiator for all makes of medium- and heavy-duty trucks and buses

Alliance Truck Parts has introduced an all-aluminum replacement radiator for all makes of medium- and heavy-duty trucks and buses. The radiators are completely cycle and leak tested, and meet or exceed original-equipment specifications, according to Alliance, which is a business unit of Daimler Trucks North America.

The replacement radiator’s aluminum tank weighs less and eliminates crimping and other failures common with plastic tank models, the company said. Other features include high-frequency welded interior tubes, rubber insulators designed to fit the original frame specifications, and OE-style clevis pins to allow thermal expansion and movement within the frame. They carry a one-year unlimited warranty.

“We’re excited about the new Alliance Truck Parts radiator program and our ability to provide another needed category of parts to our customers,” said Daniel Haggerty, director of parts marketing for DTNA. “Our radiators are all new construction, not re-cores or refurbished. And, they’re engineered to be truly ‘drop-in-and-go,’ helping to keep trucks on the road and productive for their owners.”

The new Alliance-branded radiators are now available for Chevrolet/GMC, Ford, Freightliner, International, Kenworth, Mack, Peterbilt, Sterling, Volvo, Western Star, White and other class 6-8 trucks and buses.
