A pair of new aluminum trailer disc wheel hubs, each weighing up to 3 lbs. less than competitive aluminum hubs, have been released by Webb Wheel Products.

Part number 4023 for TN axles, weighs just 31 lbs. complete with studs and bearing cups while the TP axle hub, part number 4343, weighs 33 lbs. Both have been added to Webb’s OEM product offerings and are rated for 25,000 lbs. axle gross vehicle weight.

The hubs are designed to fit most popular trailer axles. When combined with a Webb Vortex drum, the assembly can save vehicle operators 28 lbs. per axle-end as compared to standard hub and drum configurations, Webb said.
