International Truck & Engine Corp. has purchased Workhorse Custom Chassis and Uptime Parts, both subsidiaries of Grand Vehicle Works (GVW) Holdings. GVW Holdings still owns Autocar and Union City Body Company. Workhorse makes chassis buses and walk-in trucks, while Uptime supplies replacement and aftermarket parts for these markets.
