International Truck and Engine Corp. announced that Goodyear is offering the OEM an exclusive guarantee for G395 LHS steer tires. Called the Goodyear Steer Tire Challenge, the guarantee applies to International 8000 and 9000i Series tractors used in linehaul service.
According to International, the Challenge guarantees that the verifiable average removal miles of the Goodyear G395 LHS tire will exceed the competition's average removal miles. If they don't, Goodyear will retread the G395 LHS casing at no charge.'
