Bijur Lubrication Corp. has introduced ChassisCare SureShot, a manual centralized lube system for trucks, similar to the trailer lube system it launched earlier this year. SureShot simplifies vehicle lubrication by allowing users to grease king pins, dray links, spring shackles and tie rods from one location.
Separate modules are available for front left, front right and rear axles, as well as the fifth-wheel. The modules, which are permanently installed on the truck frame, are equipped with a distribution block, pre-filled grease tubing and connection fittings and tube ties.
The front-left axle module is a 10-point system; front-right offers a 10-point system for steer axles and an 8-point system for non-steers; rear-axle module has a 4-point system for single axles and 8-point tandem-axle system; fifth-wheel module comes in 6 and 8-point systems. www.chassicare.com
