Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies recently made its Endurant 12-speed automated transmission standard equipment on International LT Series, RH Series and LoneStar heavy-duty trucks.

The company, a joint venture between Eaton and Cummins, says the Endurant transmission is one of the lightest, most efficient 1,850-pound-foot-capable heavy-duty transmission on the market.

Endurant, designed for applications where weight savings and efficiency can add to a fleet’s bottom line, can be paired as part of an integrated powertrain with either the Cummins X15 engine or the International A26 engine.

“We’re pleased that customers see the value that Endurant brings to their operations,” said Charles Masters, general manager at Eaton Cummins Automated Transmission Technologies.
