WIX releases more than 360 new parts

WIX Filters has introduced more than 360 new parts in the first quarter of 2012, it said, with more than 84% of them for the hydraulic industry. Among the new products are 24 heavy duty, 33 light duty, and 304 hydraulic filter applications.

“WIX Filters product development is constantly expanding,” said Donald Chilton, North American product development manager. “Our industrial filtration product line is vital for hydraulic, process, compressor, off-line and moisture control applications and our growth in hydraulic applications is due to our customer demand. Our hydraulic line now offers more than 8,750 hydraulic filters.”

WIX said by the end of the year, it will have released more than 1,000 new parts, including a variety of domestic and foreign nameplate applications.

 “We will continue to generate new products to extend our global coverage,” said Mike Harvey, brand manager for WIX Filters. “WIX is known for quality and innovation and we are committed to continually improving filter design and performance to meet our customer demands in the light duty, heavy duty and hydraulic categories.”
