C.R. England CEO Chad England has named two new division presidents.

Sam Scott is the new president of the National and Regional Divisions while Tracy Brown has been appointed president of the Dedicated Division.

“With the recent promotions of Brandon Harrison and Zach England, I am pleased we have been able to fill their previous positions from within the ranks of our company,” England said. “Sam and Tracy are both extremely capable leaders who have proven themselves with the necessary talent to lead these divisions. They understand our business vision of focusing on our drivers, our customers and our employees and their entrepreneurial skills make them a perfect fit for these promotions.”

Scott has been with C.R. England since 2003, serving in various capacities at the manager, director and vice president levels in the company. In his most recent position, first as director, then vice president of intermodal operations, Scott oversaw C.R. England’s intermodal expansion.

As president of the National and Regional Divisions, Scott will be responsible for the five business segments within those divisions: fleet management, customer service, inside sales, load planning and optimization, and network development.

Brown joined C.R. England in 2008, and has held various positions within the Dedicated Division including director, dedicated operations and vice president, dedicated operation.

As president of the Dedicated Division, Brown has responsibility for more than 1,825 trucks and 2,600 employees which creates over 26% of the company’s revenue.
