PHH Arval appoints vp of vehicle maintenance assistance

PHH Arval has named Kim Bolin vice president, vehicle maintenance assistance (VMA) and contact center. Bolin most recently served as director for the North American contact center at PHH.

In her new role, Bolin will be responsible for all of VMA operations for North America, including the contact center, which also consists of the driver response team and vehicle accident services.

“Our top priority is exceeding client expectations, and Kim will play a critical part in achieving that goal,” said Tom Keilty, senior vice president, Customer and Vehicle Services and COO for PHH Arval. “She is a proven leader who can establish and execute a strategic vision while constantly challenging the status quo, to create and maintain substantial improvements for our clients and their drivers.”
