Robert Brueckner, an owner-operator from Newfane, NY is the winner of Double Coin’s “Smart Money Tire Drawing,” tire manufacturer and marketer Double Coin and CMA announced Wednesday.

Brueckner has been randomly selected from all eligible entries to receive a free set of Double Coin steer tires. He currently has a small fleet that includes both Kenworth and Freightliner power units and lowboy trailers.  His business focuses on hauling specialized equipment around the country and has been riding on Double Coin’s RT500 255/70R22.5 trailer tires for over a dozen years.

“In addition to the trailer tires, I switched over to Double Coin drive tires (RLB400) a few years ago; I noticed the difference in durability, especially since I’ve had an ongoing issue with curb damage on previous brand of tires,” said Brueckner.

For his free set of tires, Brueckner selected a set of Double Coin’s RLB900+ (size 385/65R22.5) wide base all-position tires.

“We are proud to reward Robert with a set of our steer tires as a longtime Double Coin user, and tech savvy operator,” said Aaron C. Murphy, Vice President of CMA/Double Coin. “The ‘Smart Money Tire Drawing’ took place online and it is a great way to engage our customers.  It also provides an opportunity for other truckers to try our tires.”

Double Coin’s next “Smart Money Tire Drawing” has begun and entries will close on Dec. 31.  A winner will be selected in mid-January 2016. To enter the next Double Coin “Smart Money Tire Drawing,” go to: http://info.doublecointires.com/double-coin-drive-tires-drawing
