NGVI offering NGV classes in Vegas

The Natural Gas Vehicle Institute (NGVI) will present three courses at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus aimed at providing attendees with natural gas vehicle (NGV) and compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station training

The Natural Gas Vehicle Institute (NGVI) will present three courses at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas campus aimed at providing attendees with natural gas vehicle (NGV) and compressed natural gas (CNG) fueling station training.

According to NGVi, the March 3-4 course will focus on best practices for natural gas fueling station operation and maintenance; the March 9 course will train drivers and mechanics on the safe driving, fueling and maintenance of natural gas vehicles; and the March 10-11 course will teach proper techniques for inspecting on-board compressed natural gas fueling systems.

The training will be held in room 211 of the Moyer Student Union each day from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The full curriculum for each session is available online.
