With a rental agreement signed, sealed and in hand, Fleet Owner took a 2017 Ram ProMaster 2500 HD high-roof full-size cargo van on a 540-mile two-day journey from North Virginia down through the Shenandoah Valley and back, fully-loaded and empty.
