Wheels, Inc. has added an environmental report and new alerts to its FleetView Wheels online fleet management tool. The EcoWheels report is aimed at helping fleets reach environmental goals through support, comprehensive reporting and driver outreach, the company said.

The EcoWheels report, part of the company’s EcoWheels fleet program, allows clients to measure and track a fleet’s carbon footprint, with data provided at the vehicle level and summarized based on fleet structure, Wheels said.

According to the company, the alerts, located in the ‘intelligence’ section of FleetView, are customized exception notifications based on user preferences. Alerts include fuel management and tracking vehicle performance relative to program objectives.

Wheels also announced updates to its website, including a customizable driver survey, an example of the new EcoWheels report, and links to environmentally focused websites.
