Intra Technologies has signed an agreement with International Truck and Engine Corp. that allows the engine maker to sell Intra products to the aftermarket through its dealer network. International truck dealers will offer three variations of Intra's Low-Voltage Disconnect (LVD) device, as well as its Jump-Start Prevention Kit www.nav-international.com.

CATCO Parts & Service, part of the VIPAR Heavy-Duty Network, announced the acquisition of the American Stores. Effective July 1, American stores will be owned by CATCO and operated as a separate company. The four American Stores locations are St. Paul, MN; Sioux Falls, SD; Appleton, WI; and Fargo, ND.

Metform unveiled a one-piece spindle nut design for unitized and pre-loaded axles. Securelok locks the bearings onto the spindle when torqued to recommended values, according to Metform. Metform also announced the acquisition of Crewson Industries, Buffalo NY. 314

Gunite Corp., a unit of Transportation Technologies Inc., introduced a new series of disc brake rotors that are finished with a high-performance coating to protect against corrosion.
