The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. is asking for nominations for its North American Highway Hero program.
Drivers must meet the following criteria in order to be considered:

Full-time truck driver;

Resident of the U.S. or Canada;

On the job or on the way to or from work, and in the truck at the time of the incident;

Incident must have taken place between Nov. 16, 2003 and Nov. 15, 2004, in the U.S. or Canada;

Vehicle must have 14 wheels or more.
