Holding company Dwyer Group has named Teletrac Inc. as the preferred vendor of AVL (automated vehicle location) systems for its 800 franchisees in the U.S. and Canada. Dwyer's franchise business include Glass Doctor, Mr. Appliance, Mr. Rooter, and Rainbow International Restoration and Cleaning. Teletrac's Fleet Director uses GPS and land-based wireless networks to provide real-time location information and two-way messaging.
