Bickford named to Meritor marketing post

Aaron Bickford has been appointed director of marketing-- North America, for ArvinMeritor’s Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket (CVA) business.

Bickford, along with a product management team, will be responsible for all North American marketing initiatives including product-line expansions, common product-line platforms, brand strategies and the marketing disciplines involving promotion of the portfolio, Terry Livingston, gm of CVA, said.

Previously, Bickford had held a variety of financial and strategic management positions including director of Enterprise Risk Management and director of Strategy and Business Performance for the company’s Commercial Vehicle Systems business.

Based in Florence, KY, Bickford is the founding chairman of the OESA Warranty Committee-2005/2006 and a recipient of the Automotive Hall of Fame, Young Leadership and Excellence Award for 2006.
