Con-way Truckload has named Randy Cornell vp of recruiting and safety. In his new role, Cornell will manage the company’s marketing and public relations efforts

Con-way Truckload has named Randy Cornell vp of recruiting and safety. In his new role, Cornell will manage the company’s marketing and public relations efforts.

In addition, Cornell will be in charge of Con-way’s driver recruitment advertising and retention efforts while overseeing safety department functions including government and regulatory compliance as well as driver training.

Cornell joined the company in 1985 as an over-the-road driver and most recently served as vp of safety. He has also worked as a claims manager, director of safety, director of maintenance and vp of maintenance at Con-way.
