Fuel card management company FleetCor has acquired Corporate Lodging Consultants, Inc., (CLC) a provider of lodging management programs to businesses.

Wichita-based CLC, owned by Nautic Partners, serves more than 10,000 business clients, purchasing eight million room nights across CLC's network of 12,000 U.S. hotels.

"We are excited about adding CLC to the FleetCor family of companies," said Ron Clarke, FleetCor's chairman & CEO. "The CLC team has built a tremendously successful business and market franchise. CLC and FleetCor essentially share the same business purpose … helping businesses save money on purchases made by their traveling workforce.
