Transplace has appointed Frank Williams vp, contract logistics operations. Williams was formerly a vp of operations at Transplace before leaving the company in 2006 to manage his own transportation company, and most recently handled a portion of RoadLink’s operations.
Williams has more than 30 years of experience in the transportation industry. He has served as gm for the J.C. Penney account at J.B. Hunt Logistics and as director of automotive operations and director of regional fleets for J.B. Hunt Transport.
